Is Bastiat Academy a Christian school?

Yes. Bastiat Academy is consciously Christian in worldview and practice. Scripture, prayer, and Christian moral teaching are part of the life of the school. Families from other backgrounds are welcome if they are comfortable with this foundation.

Which grades do you serve?

We currently serve United States grades K1–10, organized into flexible bands (Foundations, Intermediate, Logic & Discovery, Early High School). Placement takes actual ability and maturity into account, not just age.

Is everything online?

The program is built around online resources (especially Khan Academy), but we strongly encourage offline reading, hands-on experiments, and projects. Our goal is not to keep students staring at screens, but to help them use technology as a tool for real learning and creation.

What time zone do you follow?

Because our students are U.S. citizens or residents, schedules are planned with U.S. time zones in mind. Some components are asynchronous; others may have recommended live times. Exact details are discussed during admissions.

How is technology used?

Technology is central but not idolized. Students learn:

• Programming, from block-based tools up through real languages
• Robotics and automation, at an age-appropriate level
• Digital art and design, to express ideas beautifully
• AI literacy, including how to think critically about and responsibly use AI tools

We emphasize wisdom and ethics: just because something is possible does not mean it is good or wise.

How much does it cost?

Tuition is not a single published number; it varies according to the social and financial circumstances of each family. After an initial conversation and review of your situation, we will propose a clear tuition figure or range. See Admissions & Tuition for more details.

Can non‑U.S. citizens apply?

At this time, Bastiat Academy is suited only for U.S. citizens or U.S. residents. If you have a special situation, you may describe it in the contact form, but in most cases we must remain aligned with this requirement.
